You will operate and maintain our state-of-the-art electropolishing lines for the rensa Edge product range — serving defence, nuclear and semiconductor customers. Precision process control and meticulous QA record-keeping are central to this role. You will work in a well-equipped facility with strict safety and environmental standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate EP bath systems: control current density, temperature and acid concentration
- Perform Ra measurements post-EP and compare against customer specifications
- Record Cr/Fe oxide ratios and bath analysis data batch-wise
- Carry out visual and dimensional inspection pre- and post-electropolishing
- Maintain process safety standards and chemical handling logs
- Assist in bath replenishment, cleaning and maintenance
What We're Looking For
- ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years operating electroplating or electropolishing lines
- Basic understanding of QA documentation and batch traceability
- Comfortable working with process chemicals under strict safety protocols
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping discipline
- Awareness of REACH / RoHS chemical compliance is a plus
