10+ Years
Of commitment to quality and customer service in Food & Beverage tubes and fittings.
European Line
Fully automated European tube production line under stringent quality control.
European Raw Material
Raw material sourced from Europe to international standards for consistent quality.
In-House EP
Proprietary electropolishing process delivers Ra < 0.38 µm ID surface finish.

Controlled Sulphur Tubes
Sulphur content control is critical for orbital welding — both high and low sulphur cause unacceptable weld quality. Our tubes maintain the ideal range for perfect welds.
- Sulphur range 0.005 – 0.017% (EN 1.4404 & 1.4435)
- Ideal for orbital welding — avoids high-S or low-S weld defects
- Consistent weld pool penetration and bead geometry
- Suitable for automated TIG orbital welding systems
Sulphur Range
0.005 – 0.017%
Ideal for orbital welding systems
Grade Selection
Grade & Surface Finish Reference
Ra and Grit values per ASTM A270. Select grade and finish based on your product media and temperature.
| Application | Grade | Surface Finish | Ra (µm) | Grit | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ID | OD | ID | OD | ID | OD | ||
| Product / Process (Carbonated) | 304L / 1.4307 | MP | MP | < 0.5 | < 0.8 | > 180 | > 150 |
| Product / Process (Fruit-based, Non-carbonated) | 316L / 1.4404 | MP / EP | MP | < 0.5 / 0.38 | < 0.8 | > 180 / 240 | > 150 |
| CIP / Soft water | 316L / 1.4404 | BA / MP | MP | < 0.8 / 0.5 | < 0.8 | > 150 / 180 | > 150 |
| Treated water | 304L / 1.4307 · 316L / 1.4404 | MP | MP | < 0.5 | < 0.8 | > 180 | > 150 |
| Chilled water / Compressed air | 304L / 1.4307 · 316L / 1.4404 | BA | MP | < 0.8 | < 0.8 | > 150 | > 150 |
316L / 1.4404 is used when ozone is used in the disinfection system.
304L / 1.4307 resists crevice & pitting corrosion at Cl⁻ ≤ 500 mg/l, free Cl₂ ≤ 5 mg/l, temp ≤ 50 °C. Above 50 °C use 316L / 1.4404.
316L / 1.4404 when chloride concentration is 500–2 000 mg/l with free chlorine ≤ 5 mg/l.
316L / 1.4404 when temperature > 50 °C.
