Products & Specifications

rensa is our hygienic range for food, dairy, and pharma (ASTM A270 S2, 3-A). BioPure is ASME BPE certified for pharmaceutical WFI and clean steam. rensa Max is ultra-high purity for semiconductor fabs (Ra ≤ 0.25 µm). rensa Edge is our advanced electropolishing service for defence, nuclear, and aerospace applications.

We offer BA (Bright Annealed), EP (Electropolished), SF1-SF4 (ASME BPE surface finishes), and UHP-EP (Ultra-High Purity Electropolished). Surface roughness ranges from Ra ≤ 0.8 µm (BA) to Ra ≤ 0.05 µm (mirror-grade EP).

Standard OD range: ½″ to 6″ (DN12 to DN150). Custom sizes available on request. Wall thickness options vary by grade and application. Contact us for specific dimensional requirements.

Yes, we supply a complete range of hygienic fittings including elbows, tees, reducers, ferrules, clamp unions, sight glasses, and diaphragm valve bodies. All fittings match the surface finish and material grade of our tubes.

Yes, every order ships with a 3.1 Material Test Report traceable to heat number, including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface finish data. PMI (XRF) verification is performed on every batch.

Yes, our hygienic range (rensa and BioPure) uses FDA-compliant 316L and 304L stainless steel grades. We provide full documentation for FDA submissions and audits.

Yes, we welcome customer audits and third-party inspections. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we maintain comprehensive QA documentation for all processes.

For Indian customers, we have no MOQ for standard products. For export orders, MOQ varies by product and destination. Contact us for specific requirements.

Standard products: 2-4 weeks. Custom specifications: 4-8 weeks. Electropolishing services: 1-2 weeks. Lead times vary based on order size and current production schedule.

Yes, we export to 30+ countries including Europe (DACH, BeNeLux, Nordics), South Korea, Middle East, and North America. We handle all export documentation and work with reliable freight forwarders.

For Indian customers: 30-60 day credit terms for established accounts. For export: LC (Letter of Credit), advance payment, or negotiated terms. Contact our sales team for specific arrangements.

Quality & Traceability

Every batch undergoes profilometer Ra/Rz measurement. For electropolished products, we verify Cr/Fe oxide ratio using XPS. All data is recorded batch-wise and included in the MTR.

We perform 14+ quality tests including PMI (XRF), dimensional inspection, surface roughness measurement, hydrostatic testing, visual inspection, and weld bore-scope inspection (for ASME BPE products).

Every product is heat-number marked and traceable from raw material receipt through final inspection. We maintain batch records for 10+ years and can provide historical data on request.

We have a formal NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process. Issues are investigated, root cause identified, and corrective actions implemented. We work closely with customers to resolve any concerns promptly.
