You will be responsible for incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspection of tubes and fittings, ensuring full traceability through heat-number MTR documentation for global pharma, semiconductor and food customers. Your work ensures every product leaving our facility meets the highest international quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform Ra / Rz surface roughness measurements using profilometers
- Carry out PMI (XRF) checks on incoming and outgoing material
- Maintain batch-wise MTR records and calibration logs
- Review and approve export quality documentation packages
- Participate in customer audits and third-party inspections
- Raise and track NCRs through to closure
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Metallurgy
- 2–5 years in QA / metrology in steel or precision manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with profilometers, CMMs, and XRF analysers
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ASME BPE surface finish designations
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with GD&T is a plus
