Regional Sales Manager — Europe

You will lead Rensatubes' commercial expansion across DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics — building distributor and direct key-account relationships with pharmaceutical OEMs, food processors and semiconductor fabs. This role offers a high degree of autonomy to shape our European market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Own revenue and pipeline targets for the European region
  • Identify, onboard and develop distribution partners in DACH and BeNeLux
  • Lead specification-selling into pharma, food and semiconductor OEMs
  • Represent Rensatubes at Achema, Drinktec and other regional exhibitions
  • Provide monthly forecasts and market intelligence to HQ
  • Coordinate technical support and sampling with the India manufacturing team

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • 5–10 years B2B industrial sales — hygienic piping, process equipment or valves preferred
  • Proven distributor management and key account experience in European market
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% within the region
  • Self-starter with strong commercial acumen
