Regional Sales Manager — Europe

You will lead Rensatubes' commercial expansion across DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics — building distributor and direct key-account relationships with pharmaceutical OEMs, food processors and semiconductor fabs. This role offers a high degree of autonomy to shape our European market presence.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue and pipeline targets for the European region
- Identify, onboard and develop distribution partners in DACH and BeNeLux
- Lead specification-selling into pharma, food and semiconductor OEMs
- Represent Rensatubes at Achema, Drinktec and other regional exhibitions
- Provide monthly forecasts and market intelligence to HQ
- Coordinate technical support and sampling with the India manufacturing team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 5–10 years B2B industrial sales — hygienic piping, process equipment or valves preferred
- Proven distributor management and key account experience in European market
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Willingness to travel 40–50% within the region
- Self-starter with strong commercial acumen
