Supply Chain & Export Coordinator

You will be the operational link between our manufacturing facility and global customers — ensuring accurate export documentation, on-time despatch and effective 3PL management for orders across Europe, Korea and the Middle East. You will work closely with QA, manufacturing and the sales team to meet international delivery commitments.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
Coordinate booking and communication with freight forwarders and 3PLs
Manage distributor order schedules and delivery commitments
Liaise with QA for MTR release and certificate dispatch
Track shipments end-to-end and resolve customs or compliance issues
Maintain shipping and logistics KPI dashboards

What We're Looking For

B.Com / MBA in Supply Chain, International Trade or Logistics
2–5 years in export coordination or international logistics
Familiarity with Incoterms 2020, HS codes and export compliance
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong written English for customer and freight forwarder communication
Familiarity with LC (Letter of Credit) documentation is a plus
