You will be at the core of our tube manufacturing lines, responsible for process quality and continuous improvement across tube-forming, orbital welding, and surface finishing operations for our hygienic and UHP product ranges. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior engineering leadership and exposure to global product standards.
What You'll Do
- Own tube-forming, orbital welding and post-weld treatment processes
- Monitor surface finish targets (Ra, Rz) against 3-A / ASME BPE specifications
- Lead SPC data collection and corrective action cycles
- Collaborate with QA on batch records and MTR documentation
- Drive yield improvement projects and process change reviews
- Support new product introduction for hygienic and UHP tube lines
What We're Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3–6 years in stainless-steel tube or piping manufacturing
- Working knowledge of ASME BPE, 3-A Sanitary Standards or BS 4825
- Experience with orbital welding and/or CNC tube-forming
- Strong SPC and root-cause analysis skills
- Good communication skills for cross-functional team coordination
